Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damages and Issues

I stand behind the quality of my products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me within 48 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To report an issue, email DesignsByESupport@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, I will offer a replacement or store credit at my discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personal care goods (including press-on nails)

  • Sale items or gift cards


Refunds

Refunds are not offered. In approved cases involving damaged or incorrect items, I may issue a replacement or store credit instead.
