Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed before shipment.

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Once your order is verified and payment is approved, processing begins. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped.


Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on location:

United States: 2–5 business days

Canada: 1-2 weeks

Europe: 2-3 weeks

Australia & New Zealand: 2-4 weeks

Mexico: 1-2 weeks

South America: 2-4 weeks

Note: Shipping times do not include the 5–10 business day processing period.


Shipping & Tracking

All orders are shipped from Cincinnati, Ohio and include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery from dispatch to arrival.

Please note:

  • Tracking may take a few days to update after shipment

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout


Tracking Not Updating

If your tracking number is not updating right away, this is normal. It may take a few days for the carrier to update the system.

If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us.


Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, email: DesignsByESupport@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of my products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personal care goods (including press-on nails)

  • Sale items or gift cards
